All users in Press to go are verified through a login process. The login process can be very different depending of the size of the organisation and its needs. The system can handle user registration automatically and distribute login details and password to the user. We can also offer different solutions for single signon.
The end user startpage in Press to go is called MyHome. Its content can be tailored to the user rights of the individual end user. It thereby reflects a unique view into the content of the system only showing the content that is applicable for the person that is logged in.
Document management
The multimedia archive of Press to go can hold any type of finalised marketing item for example images, publications, presentations, videos or profile articles. The items can be collected in a shopping cart and ordered for print, download or simply distribution to colleagues.
Content management
With the new version of Press to go we´re also offering Marketing Content Management. Content that can be used in the Create/Update stage to create finished documents. Besided being final artwork images, logotypes, illustrations together with text can make up the individual pieces of a complete document such as a publication or a presentation.
Working with Content Management adds a whole new dimension to Brand Management and to the process of controlling the visual guidelines. Now objects that needs to be reused on different communication over different communication channels can be managed and updated in one central repository.
