Web to Print
Press to go offers a very advanced Web to Print solution covering the whole process from order intake down to pre production. Press to go can hold either dynamic templates that can be used to generate printed matter or it can hold finished documents ready to be ordered for print.
Press to go can support any type of print workflow. From short run digital production to offset print and delivery from storage. It can handle many virtual production portals simoultaneously allowing large print centers to route different order to different print locations. It´s therefore suitable for any type of printing business, no matter size.
With the Press to go Sniffer production data and print files for incoming orders can be taken down to a hotfolder structure in the print center. From there it can easily be imported into any production system or business software fulfilling the order to production and invoicing.
E-DM incl. Response Management
Press to go can now also handle E-DM in html or flash-format. It can also combine print and E-DM output in the same ordering process.
For the end user the E-DM can be ordered in the same way as printed matter. Simple, but very powerful, E-DMs are christmas cards in html and flash. More complex E-DMs can involve Response Management. It can be used for wide range of purposes in a large organisation such as customer events, internal training, investor relations, PR etc.
The end user inputs data and can then preview all parts of the communication including invitation e-mail, response site, accept reply e-mail, deny reply e-mal, too late accept reply e-mail. With a dedicated campaign dashboard the end user can follow campaign activity such as responses in real time. The end user can also add new recipients or initiate reminders to those who haven´t replied.
After the invitation period has been closed the system can be used to generate all printed matter needed onsite for the event such name tags, table cards, welcome letter, agendas etc.

Not everything needs to be ordered for print. These items can be downloaded for webpublishing or local print.
Publish to archive
A new output option is Publish to archive. This is the ideal way of sharing documents that have been created through template based design. A whole archive can be populated with documents that have created by different users allowing for best practise ideas to be shared very efficiently.
